Delete account & data
How to delete your Steigerpass account and all associated data – in the app or by email.
You decide about your data. You can delete your Steigerpass account and all associated data (profile, check-ins/stamps, badges, wish list, hiking-friend connections, “Glück auf!” greetings) completely and irrevocably at any time.
Directly in the app
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the very bottom and tap Delete account permanently.
- Confirm the security prompt.
Deletion takes effect immediately and permanently – no personal data remains.
By email (even without the app installed)
If you no longer have the app installed, simply write to us from the email address of your account:
Subject: Account deletion. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm the deletion.
What is deleted?
